How we work As a company Hunters works from the position that if you have a high calibre individual with a skill set that is transferable and upgradeable you can approach companies and work with them to create a tailor made opportunity that fulfils the mandate as outlined by the Consultant. In short collaboration by three parties all focused on a common goal. Hunters search for suitable Companies/opportunities that match the criteria outlined to us. A list of potentially suitable companies/opportunities will be discussed with the candidate and from this a short list will be drawn up. From that point on the interviews are arranged and the assignment runs it’s natural course. Hunters offer advice on current market trends. Hunters offer a strategic and targeted approach to the market aimed at securing progressive career opportunities for the individual. How many times have you been offered lateral moves which fail to address your fundamental needs for career progression? Hunters ensures that the Consultant is at all times in control of the recruitment process. At Hunters we see that the Consultant is in effect the Client and it is important to the Company that the process runs smoothly. The advice offered by Consultants at Hunters will be objective. It may not always be exactly what you want to hear but it will be an honest and open appraisal of your current situation and this will enable us to determine a strategy for you the Consultant going forward. This may mean we advise that you need to remain in your current company for a longer period of time. Just because an individual approaches us enquiring about future career opportunities doesn’t mean they are ready for a move at that point. Too many Recruitment to Recruitment Agencies move people when they should be advising them to stay put and in this way put an unnecessary move on their c.v. and potentially jepordise their future careers. Objectivity on behalf of the Consultant is of paramount importance. Key to Hunters success is our ability to identify and discuss openly the fundemental issues surrounding the Consultants desire to move and address them effectively. Hunters never allow themselves to be retained by any hiring party. How can you remain objective and unbiased on behalf of the individual if your business has been paid a retainer by a hiring party to find them staff? Hunters believe we are able to serve the needs of the hiring party and the Consultant in equal measure without a retainer in place and still deliver complete satisfaction to both parties.
