As one of the most successful consultancies in the HR recruitment marketplace, this company is looking for a driven and ambitious consultant who can help develop the busy interim desk in Reading.  Whilst they enjoy a good level of repeat business from an existing base of clients, they are looking for someone who can take responsibility for developing this client base further, networking the  existing candidate pool to deliver effective and timely interim solutions.

The role will necessitate a keen instinct to build relationships to open up new accounts, coupled with the ability to manage existing accounts and provide a high level of service to candidates. Our ideal person will possess a proven track record in building strong client relationships and be able to influence and network at a senior level.  We will consider Consultants from any market sector, however it is essential that you have the commercial credibility to learn about and work within this client group.

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience coupled with a strong track record of Business Development.  You will have successfully managed recruitment campaigns for clients and have been involved in all areas of recruitment, from the initial sourcing of job opportunities to filling vacancies.
