Interim Consultant / Health Care

HR CONSULTANT-LONDON
This role will play a key part in the development of flexible benefits by supporting the project from feasibility to implementation. You will undertake salary benchmarking via survey organisations and use Hay job evaluation methodology to ensure the UK job match model is kept up to date. You will design and deliver compensation & benefits projects as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' HR experience, at least one of which has specialised in compensation & benefits. You will have experience of job evaluation and compensation surveys and have excellent analytical skills. Advanced Excel skills are essential and knowledge of Peoplesoft would be an advantage.
