Hunters Search & Selection is an Executive Search & Selection Consultancy serving the needs of the Recruitment Industry. One of the very first Companies pioneering the Recruitment to Recruitment market. Established in 1986 the sole aim of the business is to provide a bespoke recruitment service focused on the needs of the individual from a Consultant with circa one years experience to Board Director. Taking a long term approach to the market and the people who work within it.

Hunters has divided the Market into two disproportionate halves, Client Companies and Source Companies enabling the company to source from one half to service the other.

Hunters tracks the careers of consultants at all levels and maintains contact on a regular basis, not intrusively but discreetly and professionally. In this way Hunters are able to position themselves effectively to offer the necessary advise and guidance to the individual at the right time.

Current Recruitment to Recruitment Agencies are staffed in the main by ex mainstream consultants who have been trained in the traditionally approved manner of higher volume data base driven assignments which are Client led and Vacancy driven.

Because these traditionally trained consultants are, in the main, entrenched in their approach and mind set to the process, they treat the consultant who is looking to secure an alternative opportunity as a candidate. In the majority of cases ignoring or failing to grasp the fact that the candidate is a consultant who understands fully the recruitment process. The Consultant does not want to be “sold to” They want impartial, professional and mature advise given to them by an individual who can talk honestly and objectively about their future career.
